Sierra Scribe Web Design is owned and operated by Carol Fong in Mariposa, California. Her professional background is in computer programming and mathematics education. A graduate of Duke University (BA in Mathematics & Religion), and Boston College (MST in Mathematics), she received her Certificate in Web Design from the Academy of Media Arts.
